webOS is one of the biggest advantages of LG TVs – the system gives access to many practical functions and allows them to be conveniently used. Perhaps it will soon become an element that we will pay attention to when choosing … a car.
Intuitive infotainment in the car? This can give us webOS Auto
The highest level of comfort while driving – for both drivers and passengers. This is the goal LG and Qualcomm have set for themselves that they want to achieve through the system webOS Auto. It will be an information and entertainment platform based on the open source operating system in version 2.0 and the electronics provided by the latter manufacturer.
The intuitive operation known from LG Smart TVs is to be transferred to cars. Of course, the webOS Auto system will also be enriched with various multimedia, configuration and information functions, thanks to which traveling – no matter on which chair – is to be pure pleasure.
For now, we know that webOS Auto is created. When will the first presentation take place?
The advantage of the webOS Auto system will also be the fact that it is, in fact is a platform well known to programmers, so they should not have a problem with the preparation of applications for drivers and passengers. We'll see how it looks more or less during January CES 2020 in Las Vegas.
For now, we need to be patient, but we can already assume that webOS Auto is really worth waiting for. The Smart TV system developed by LG is a solution that has many fans: because of what it looks like, what it can do and how it works. Let's hope that all this can be transferred to cars!
