MasterBox NR600P will meet the expectations of professionals who build a powerful computer or workstation. The equipment will go on sale in a few months.
Cooler Master couldn't leave CES 2020, but SFX, V Bronze and V Gold power supplies are not the only novelties that could be seen at the manufacturer's stand. One of the more interesting premieres was the MasterBox NR600P case, which will allow you to build a powerful computer for professionals.
Cooler Master MasterBox NR600P – housing that will interest professionals
The first thing that catches the eye is the housing design. Model MasterBox NR600P is an elegant design that has been deprived of effective trinkets or other weirdos known from models for players. The iconic Cooler Master CM 690 or CM 690 II immediately comes to mind.
It is also worth paying attention to the I / O panel. In addition to modern USB interfaces (one type C, two 3.0) and audio combo sockets, the manufacturer has found a place for a fast SD memory card reader that uses the USB 3.0 interface.
Inside it will fit a larger motherboard type E-ATX, SSI CEB, and even a dual-processor SSI-EEB. There is also space for high-performance graphics cards and eleven drives: 5x 2.5 inches, 3x 2.5 / 3.5 inches, 1x 3.5 inches and 2x 2.5 / 3.5 inches in hot-swap bays. Disk cages can be removed, which will increase the free space for cards (up to 410 mm).
The manufacturer has provided space for seven fans, three of which are factory-fitted: two 140 mm suck in cool air through the front panel with a mesh structure, while one with a diameter of 120 mm blows warm outside. MasterBox NR600P allows installation of AiO type cooling with heat sinks up to 360 mm long (top), 140 mm (front) and 120 mm (rear). The sensitive areas were protected by dust filters.
