Huawei presented its latest smartwatch. Watch GT 2 will use the original LiteOS system and will be twice as efficient as its predecessor. What else do we know about this new smart watch?
The first Watch GT turned out to be such an interesting gadget that it found its place in our ranking of the best smartwatches. His successor – Huawei Watch GT 2 – promises to be just as good. The watch was presented during the Mate 30 smartphone premiere event.
Huawei Watch GT 2 announced
Like its predecessor, the Huawei Watch GT 2 will display image with a resolution of 454 x 454 px on a round OLED screen (Always-on) size 1.39 inches. At least in the standard version (46 mm). In addition to it, there will also be smaller, lighter and slimmer 42 mm version with a 1.2-inch panel with a resolution of 390 x 390 px.
In both cases functionality will be provided by the LiteOS system, as well as Bluetooth 5.1 and GPS modules as well as a heart rate monitor and other components to support sport modes. Adequate performance is to be guaranteed by the original Kirin A1 chip, and the water resistance of 5 ATM in this case means that the gadget will last 10 minutes at a depth of up to 50 meters.
It deserves attention working time up to 14 days between charges (although after turning the GPS on it shortens to just 30 hours). It is also worth mentioning the possibility of making phone calls via Bluetooth and the built-in memory, which is enough for about 500 songs to listen without access to a smartphone or internet.
Sleek, pure, elegant, styles.
