Thermaltake is following the blow and has introduced more Toughram RGB modules. The new special series will interest computer hardware modders.
Remember, some time ago we wrote about Toughram RGB, so the first DDR4 RAM memories in the Thermaltake offer? However, this is not the end, because the manufacturer has also prepared a special edition of the modules with a white heat sink – Toughram RGB White Edition.
Thermaltake Toughram RGB memories in an even more effective version
The manufacturer has prepared two sets with a capacity of 16 GB (2x 8 GB) – the weaker work with 3200 MHz clock and CL16 delays, and the more efficient with 3600 MHz clock and CL18 delays (in both cases the supply voltage was increased to 1.35 V).
Thermaltake Toughram RGB memories are based on a 10-layer printed circuit board and use selected bones.
As in ordinary Toughram RGB, the manufacturer used an effective aluminum heat sink with RGB LED backlight. The difference is that White Edition modules use a heat sink with white color (which should be appreciated by hardware designers).
White DDR4 RAM memory is not cheap
Thermaltake Toughram RGB White Edition modules are available for pre-order and cost the same as regular black versions – the 3200 MHz kit has been priced at 129 euroswhile 3600 MHz on 159 euros. Well, eye-catching equipment has never been cheap.
